- Welcome to the ultimate Jimny upgrade!
- We took the toughest little 4X4 and loaded it with every single bell and whistle.
Camper Package (most popular):
- Heavy-Duty Roof Rack ("The Roof Mule"): Built to haul all your oversized gear. It gives the Jimny that rugged, adventure-ready silhouette while ensuring you don't have to share your legroom with camp chairs.
- Rooftop Tent ("The Penthouse"): A premium pop-up tent that keeps you high above the creepy-crawlies. It sets up in seconds, letting you sleep like royalty under the stars without wrestling with tent pegs in the dark.
- 270-Degree Awning ("The Instant Veranda"): Massive, wrap-around shade that deploys in an instant. Perfect for escaping the blistering sun or raining out a midday storm while you sip a cold drink.
- Upgraded Suspension ("The Magic Carpet"): Heavy-duty shocks and springs with a functional lift kit. It gives you extra clearance over obstacles and smooths out corrugated gravel roads so your spine survives the journey.
- Steel Bumpers ("The Bubble Wrap"): Heavy-duty steel replacements that shrug off rocks, deep ruts, and bad angles. They keep your Jimny intact when you inevitably run out of talent while parking or off-roading.
- Onboard Fridge ("The Civilization Saver"): A built-in fridge to keep your food fresh and your beers ice-cold. Because roughing it in the wild shouldn't mean drinking warm sundowners like a caveman.
- Bedding, Table & Chairs ("The Glamping Starter Pack"): We also threw in bedding, plus a table and chairs.
Overlander Package (also includes all the Camper extras):
- 80L Long-Range Fuel Tank ("The Bladder Buster"): A double-sized tank so you can drive deeper into the wilderness without range anxiety. Just remember that your Jimny can now go much farther than your human bladder can.
- Power Inverter ("The Juice Box"): A built-in system that keeps your cameras, drones, and gadgets fully charged. Because a dead drone means no cinematic proof that you actually went outside.
- Dual Rear Carrier Arms ("The Pack Mule"): Heavy-duty swing-outs holding extra spare tyres and jerry cans. Because nothing says "I know what I'm doing" quite like looking like you're preparing for a zombie apocalypse.
- Traction Boards ("The Ego Savers"): For when you overestimate your 4X4 skills and bury the rig axle-deep. Bails you out of the mud, saves your dignity, and gets you moving before anyone takes a video.
- Recovery Winch ("The Ultimate Undo Button"): A heavy-duty winch for pulling yourself out of trouble when the traction boards just aren't enough.
- We did all the heavy lifting so you can do all the legendary exploring.
Everything you need to know for a problem free experience on the South African roads.
Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions regarding your trip.
Yes, you can! As long as your license is in English and features your beautiful face (a photograph), you are good to go.
- English Licences: UK, Irish, US, and Aussie drivers. You are legally cleared for our roads.
- Non-English Licences: If your licence is in German, Swiss, or any other language, you need a sidekick.
- The Sidekick: Grab an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your home country before you fly.
- What is an IDP? It's just an official translation of your licence.
- The Good News: No extra driving tests are required.
- The Golden Rule: Keep your real licence and the IDP together like peanut butter and jelly.
That is the entire secret formula. Bring a valid licence (either in English or with its IDP translator), and you are ready to conquer the South African roads.
The left side! We drive on the left, just like the UK, Ireland, Australia, and Japan.
- Left-Side Drivers: Welcome home. Your instincts will work perfectly here.
- Right-Side Drivers: Do not panic. It takes most humans a few hours to reprogram their brains.
- The Magic Trick: The driver's seat is on the right side of the car. Just keep yourself positioned toward the centre line of the road, and your brain will automatically handle the rest.
- Traffic Circles: This is what we call roundabouts. They flow clockwise.
- The Circle Rule: Always yield and give way to traffic coming from your right.
Way better than you are expecting! We do not do rough dirt tracks for our main highways, everything is beautifully tarred and well-signed.
- The Main Roads: The major routes around Cape Town and the Western Cape (like the N1 and N2) are smooth, modern, and highly civilized.
- The Scenic Drives: World-famous buckets-list routes like Chapman's Peak Drive and Clarence Drive are pristine, perfectly maintained tar roads.
- No Lost in Translation: Every single road sign is in English.
- The Metric System: Distances are measured in kilometers, and speeds are in km/h.
- Speed Limits: As a general rule, you can do 120 km/h on highways, 100 km/h on rural open roads, and 60 km/h once you enter towns.
- Going Off-Road: You will only hit a bumpy gravel road if you actively hunt for adventure in the Cederberg mountains or the deep Karoo backroads.

RENTALS:
1. Securing Your Booking
- 30% Commitment Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required immediately to lock in your rental dates and vehicle package.
- Vehicle Guarantee: Your chosen Jimny and gear configuration will not be held until this payment is successfully processed.
2. Settlement Balance
- Remaining 70% Balance: The remaining balance must be paid the day prior to collection, or on the day of pickup via our secure mobile card terminal.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security/damage deposit must be processed alongside your settlement balance before keys are handed over.
3. Security Deposit Returns
- Vehicle Inspection: Upon the return of the Jimny, our team will conduct a standard post-rental inspection checking the vehicle body, mechanical state, and all included camping/overland gear.

- No-Show Policy: Failure to collect the vehicle on your designated booking date without 24-hour notice will result in the immediate forfeiture of your deposit and booking slot.
